The apartment is located on the first floor, with stunning views of the Villa of Torre a Cona on one side, and a beautiful view of the Valdarno from the other. It is reached by a lovely wooden staircase terraces, with flowers falling from the rocks on one side and the roof tiles on the shed covered with climbing flowers on the other.

There is a lovely private lawn with deck chairs and umbrellas for relaxing in the evenings, with peaceful views of the surrounding hills. There is also a covered gazebo with table and chairs and barbecue for dining al fresco with friends and family.

Includes two bedrooms, one double with wrought iron headboard painted furniture and early twentieth century, and a larger one with three beds (two pushed together) with raised wooden Tuscan furniture and early twentieth century. There is a fold-out bed.

The bathrooms are completely modern: the great sanitary porcelain with gray (sink, bidet, toilet and large bathtub with shower) has a washing machine, the small one with toilet and sink.
